Thanks, Andy. Needed that question-How many of us feel qualified…? Part of my problem is that I want a guarantee of the outcome before I try. And thanks for the solution the problem- 2 Corinthians 9:8. Trust God’s promise that He is able.

    1. Hey Sondra! Thanks for stopping by and sharing your thoughts. I’m so glad you were encouraged. Go girl!

  2. This was perfect for me today, Andy. My son and I are having some troubles and I often question my parenting. Your post was reassuring and I have greater confidence that God is in control. What I need to do during this time is keep my eyes on Him and listen to His voice guiding me. Thank you!

    1. You are not alone Cathy! Boy do our momma heart’s hurt when our relationships with our kids are strained. Keep praying, keep loving. I’ll be praying for you.

Thank God that my outside actions and words do not match my inside thoughts and emotions. It has been a roller coaster week and it has been hard. Our time at my daughter’s is good. We laugh. We soak up minutes with our granddaughter. Then we drive 45 minutes to snatched precious time with the four grandkids out of a broken home. I can see and feel their confusion, their wounds. And my son’s struggles cause me to weep a steady stream of invisible tears. I could not do any of this unless I knew God is with me. I feel God’s presence and I am grateful.

    1. Dear Patricia, I’m so sorry for the pain you’re experiencing. Just remember that those grandchildren and your son have prayer on their side and Jesus can redeem anything. Don’t give up hope and pray for God to be glorified in this brokenness. Love you!

  4. Awesome post, Andy! I just love your heart and I’m so grateful that we’ve connected. Sending you hugs and praying infinite blessings over you and your family. Be blessed and have a wonderful day, Love! :-)

    1. Thanks Tai! I’m glad we connected too. Thanks for stopping by!
