Silence.
That’s all I could hear. But I was desperate. I wanted my ears to burn or my heart–whichever would give me the sign that He was speaking. I needed some proof that God would give me direction. I know on my own, I might get lost–go the wrong way. Make the wrong decision.
There are steps we can take to hear His voice. I share them in this video.
Psalm 32:8 is a wonderful promise of God’s direction, His leading, but there’s more than meets the eye in these words. The purpose of the psalms and the verses that surround our “Bite” for Thursday takes this simple verse to a whole new level.
I hope you don’t mind, but rather than write down everything I taught during our Daily Broadcast Thursday morning, I thought it better to share the video with you. In the Facebook Live broadcast I can see the names of those who join me and read their comments, so when you hear me talking to people, that’s why.
If you haven’t been able to join us, we’d love to have you come to my kitchen. If Facebook is not your thing, I post each broadcast on You Tube.
Grab your coffee. Open your Bible to Psalm 32:8, and gather a notebook or journal to take notes. Come fellowship with us and learn the steps we can take to hear God, how we can know it’s Him, and what treasures lie under our English translation of Psalm 32:8.
Have a great weekend! The Bite of Bread Bible reading plan will be waiting for you here for you Monday morning. I’m taking a little trip, so my morning broadcast won’t resume until Tuesday. Take time to listen this weekend. He wants to tell you something.
Digging Deep,
Andy
