Jesus loves us.
I tell her, but I’m not sure she gets it.
She was made for another purpose. But we (those made in His image) were made for so much more than eating and sleeping. We were made for eternity and eternal purposes!
Then the righteous will answer him, Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you and thirsty and give you a drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothing and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go visit you? The King will reply, “I tell you the truth, whatever you did for the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me” (Matt. 25:37-40).
Let’s do something of eternal value today…before the sun sets.
