I just read a friend’s post about pink rain boots. It was light and funny and cute. A very different turn from the seriousness of her blog which shares the joy and sorrows of parenting a beautiful little girl who has autism and seizures.
I loved it. I wanted to write something so clever and funny.
But clever and funny must have stayed in bed today. In fact, I think my brain stayed in bed because it is blank. I have no great words of wisdom to share with you– only an amazing treasure made up of words that I found this morning as I did my usual routine. Coffee, candle, cats fed…His Presence.
This is what I found:
—God, the blessed and only ruler, the King of kings, and Lord of lords, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To Him be honor and might forever. Amen (1 Timothy 6:16).
This God loves us.
Pink rain boots and all.
I pray laughter finds you today in the midst of His light.
