It happens to the best of us. It happens to all of us actually–this waiting thing.
Some of us are better at it than others. But most of us really don’t like waiting.
If you’ve read very much of the Bible, you’ve probably come across some stories of people who had to wait for a long time for something they wanted very badly–something even promised by God.

So, we wait.
But we can wait with anxious hearts, frustrated and angry, or we can wait with the supernatural peace that only the Lord can provide. One way He does that is through His Word.
So . . . since most of us are waiting for something, let’s read about waiting on God and see what His Word says to our impatient hearts.
Grab a journal and jot these down, or you can take a screen shot. We’re in the Old Testament all week, but on my Daily broadcast via Periscope, I’ll be teaching these verses with New Testament counterparts. Looking forward to meeting with you. Our morning pow-wows get us going! Hope you can join.
What are you waiting on? Leave a comment.
Digging Deep,
andy
