In case you don’t do the Bite of Bread reading plan or join us for the daily broadcasts, I wanted everybody to read these beautiful promises of God. You might want to print this page (there is a print button with the sharing buttons at the tops of the post.)
Print it.
Read it.
Post it where you’ll see it.
Read the promises out loud.
And journal them in ink.
He loves you my friends. He’s constant and good and faithful.
Here’s 7 promises of God:
- The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. -Psalm 145:18
- As the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so my word that goes from my mouth will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. – Isaiah 55:10,11
- He is the LORD our God; his judgments are in all the earth. He remembers his covenant forever, the word he commanded for a thousand generations. -Psalm 105:7,8
- That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead , you will be saved . . . . As the Scripture says, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame.” – Romans 10:9,11.
- I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men see visions. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days. -Joel 2:28,29
- Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. – Phil. 4:6,7
