I can’t resist the nature of God I see in you. My spirit lunges for it. I want to stare at it and hold it in my hands. It is beyond the shadow of a doubt the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. Far above my wildest dreams of adventure (and I DO love adventure!) loom my dreams of the God I find in you…..
~ Broken Jar: 365 Days On The Potters Wheel, by Jan Doke (March 13).
Pure poetry.
Last night I was catching up in my dear friend’s daily devotional she’s published when I came across March 13th. I knew I had to share. I loved it!
Let’s keep an eye out and embrace the different gifts of God in those we meet today. Let them know what you see and appreciate. Praise the Lord that in all His wisdom, He didn’t make us exactly alike. There are no cookie cutters in heaven.
But in fact, God has arranged the parts in the body, everyone of them, just as He wanted them to be. If they were all one part, where would the body be? (1 Cor. 12:19).
If you enjoyed her words, Broken Jar can be found on Amazon.
Much grace and peace,
andy
