Tears of Worship

Written: September 3,2009

Today as I worshiped in church, I felt a knowing in my spirit that one day when I do reach that unfathomable place where there is no other thought on my mind other than worshiping the Lamb of God, no words will be able to come out of my mouth (at least for awhile.) As we sang today, I had a vision of me just weeping before the Lord. In the vision, I couldn’t sing a word; I just wept. Those of you who know me may not think that a shocker; I do cry easily. But I was surprised by my vision because I do love to sing to my Lord. I love to worship Him. He is what it is all about.

Can you envision it? Can you envision being in that wonderful place called heaven where nothing within us desires to worship anyone or anything else but Christ? It will be a glorious eon. Until then, may His Spirit purify our souls to desire nothing else preparing us for this unfathomable eternity.

“I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war. His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns….” Rev. 19:11,12

Amen! Blessings my friends.
