Radiant! is a two-session event filled with worship, prayer, and teaching based on Esther’s story. Experience the anointing power of the Holy Spirit during worship and the power of the Living Word in each message. Come discover how much you have in common with one of the most beautiful and powerful women in the Bible. All attendees will receive a copy of Radiant Influence: How an ordinary girl changed the world, a Bible study written by author and women’s minister, Andy Lee, published by CrossRiver media 2021.
Bring Radiant! To Your Church
Hold a Radiant! event at your church at no cost. We’ll set up the online registration, provide flyers and social media posts, and decorate the room for the event. All attendees will receive a Radiant Influence book.
The cost per attendee is $25. Group rate of 5 or more is $20. This cost helps pay for the book, and the AV and Worship teams. Here’s what one attendee said about a Radiant! conference:

Beauty For Ashes Retreats
Here’s are backstory. . .
Five years ago two friends met over a cup of coffee at Panera Bread. Both had a heart for women’s ministry. As they shared, one of the friends suggested that they plan an event together. Sometimes you just need someone to help you with your dreams.
That was how my dear sister, Venus Schrader, and I began designing weekend women’s retreats and events to help women come together to find healing, rest, and fellowship. Out of Beauty for Ashes retreats we have witnessed women healed, ministries birthed, and friendships discovered.
Three Speakers, One Message
Venus Schrader
Venus Schrader spent years in pursuit of emotional healing from the traumatic events of her childhood. On the brink of throwing in the towel on life and God, she received the revelation that she was Daddy’s Girl. This opened the door to a process of healing that has forever changed her life. It is her prayer that her testimony of a loving, redeeming Father will help other women find healing and wholeness too.
Debbie Hufham
Debbie Hufham has a desire to show women they can trust God. A message about obedience is not something most people run to hear, but her belief is that “faith is the key; obedience opens the door.” She invites you through the door where you can find peace, hope and trust in God.
Andy Lee
Andy Lee (that’s me) loves teaching the Bible and encouraging women more than eating chocolate. And she likes chocolate a lot. Her desire is to help women discover the reality of a tangible, loving God, their calling, and the power and life hidden inside the Bible.
